【In particular】
・Customer visit, drawing layout meeting (accompanied by sales and equipment staff)
・Creation of presentation materials for bidding
・Meetings with customers about details such as design, materials and colors
・Listen to customer requests and create drawings ⇒ Detailed explanation to the customer ⇒ Corrections after that ⇒ Submit official drawings
・Employee management in the design department
・In-house meetings, etc.
Job Requirement

<Required conditions>
・Language: Japanese native
・Those who have more than 10 years of design management experience in the construction industry
・Those who have experience in designing non-residential buildings such as factories, commercial facilities, schools, hospitals, airports, etc.
*It is especially desirable to have experience in designing at a factory
・Those who can work in English
<Welcome conditions>
・Persons with overseas work experience *Especially those with experience in Vietnam and Southeast Asia are welcome!
・Those who have a first-class architect qualification
Language Ability
- English : Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
- Japanese : Native Level
