・Language: Japanese native
・Graduated from university/graduate school, engineering department, architecture department, or civil engineering department
・More than 10 years of experience in a general contractor (those who have experience in the building construction department)
・Overseas work experience (more than 10 years welcome)
・English: business level
<Welcome conditions>
・Experience in supervising the construction of large condominiums (condominiums)
・Those who have a first-class architect or first-class construction management engineer qualification
Language Ability
- English : Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese : Native Level
