Role Summary:
- Leading Business Application Development
- Setup and Formalize Development Repeatable Model for Project Deliveries.
- Engage with Regional Teams to understand Definition of Done from Development delivery perspective and channelize its adoption and deliveries within projects
- Engage with various project teams, communicate and establish execution plan
Job Descriptions:
- Work with various teams across Projects to define and drive the development end to end
- Build solutions that manage the data across Applications & environments
- Optimize cost and performance of Business Function Migration to Cloud
- Design and develop solutions that protect and manage cloud-native apps and data
- Share and review your innovative technical ideas with peers, high-level technical contributors, and managers
Job Requirement

Required Skills & Experiences (must have):
- Out of total experience minimum 5 Years of extensive hands-on experience in developing microservices and other cloud services.
- Hands-on experience in the Development of Cloud Technology.
- Should have some experience in implementing Event Driven - Architecture and Serverless Implementation.
- Experience in supporting technical teams of size 4-6.
- Experience in application development related to project delivery process both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience interacting with business users and counterparts across markets/regions/global.
- Experience in DevOps, Agile development process is plus
Must have experience:
- Project Leading & Manager Capabilities
- Japanese Bilingual (Expert – Read/Write/Speak)
- Experience with an insurance company
Preferred (is a plus):
- Knowledge of Life/Annuity Insurance is a plus
- Knowledge of Policy Admin System
Language Ability
- English : Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
- Japanese : Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
