From marketing and planning members to technical consultation, direction to coders within the team for simple projects, and consultation and requests to the development team for more difficult projects.
The main task is to promote the creation of new service sites and the improvement of existing ones.
In the department, you will carry out your work while maintaining close communication with the marketing and planning teams and development teams (front-end, back-end, server-side). In addition, there is also interaction with Rakuten Group's specialized departments such as points / ID related / data measurement.

・Development project progress management, task prioritization
・File management and operation using Git

Prerequisite
・Front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS)

・Experience as a development director
・File management by Git and release work experience by yourself
・ Implementation experience using measurement tools such as Google analytics
・Experience negotiating with planners, designers, backend and server side
・Experience in launching new projects such as site renewal
・Sler experience
・Experience in implementing functions such as Saas, not just drawing websites (login function, etc.)
・Experience in developing large-scale websites/apps and new functions
・Server construction experience
・Team management experience as a leader
Language Ability
- English : Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese : Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
