‐ Work closely with other IT members to provide the effective support and solutions to all IT functions in the office.
‐ Keep track of H/W and S/W assets managed by the department.
‐ Provide appropriate technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
‐ Respond to inquiries either in person or via phone/email/ticketing system.
‐ Maintain effective documentation for raised inquiries and requests.
‐ Knowledge regarding Windows Server, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop Service
‐ Experience in an IT support or helpdesk related role
‐ Experience in trouble-shooting desktop, laptop, printer, hardware, software, and/or other peripheral device issues
‐ Business-level Japanese
- English : Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese : Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
