    As our business expands, we will welcome an IT help desk to further stabilize the internal structure.
    In the personnel and general affairs IT team to which we are assigned, under one manager, we support the creative field such as recruitment and training of employees, labor management, salary calculation, health and safety management, general affairs general affairs, in-house system planning, IT help, etc. It is responsible for office functions.

    In this recruitment, we are looking for IT help desk staff who can mainly handle the introduction, setting and improvement of IT infrastructure such as PCs and applications used by employees, various accounts, TV conference systems and wireless LAN.
    Please maintain and maintain the IT environment so that you can work smoothly in cooperation with the technical teams and IT teams of both Japan and China.
    If you have experience or interest, we would like you to cooperate with maintenance management support for the core parts of the in-house infrastructure such as websites, servers, and networks, and enhance your experience as an information system engineer.     ・ Kitting, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of various devices such as desktop / laptop PCs and video conferencing systems
    ・ Management and operation of in-house infrastructure (maintenance management of networks, WiFi, network wiring, communication lines, etc.)
    ・ Management of various accounts and licenses including G suite, support for Active Directory linkage, etc.
    ・ Support for maintenance management of networks, servers, cloud services, etc. that the technical team is in charge of

Job Requirement

    [Required requirements]
    ・ Person who has practical experience of various in-house equipment / account management / maintenance management as information system person in charge or IT help desk person in charge (2 years or more)
    ・ Persons with practical experience in hardware support such as power management during normal times, kitting of various devices, recovery support during power outages, and repair support in the event of a failure (2 years or more)
    ・ Smooth communication skills and hospitality with other occupations (planners, CG designers, etc.)
    ・ Business level or above English or Chinese (Mandarin)
    * Speaking / Listening is not essential because it is possible to have a translator, but since the Chinese parent company is in charge of formulating technical policies and maintaining and operating the core infrastructure, daily emails and other exchanges occur. , Reading / Writing is required.

    [Welcome requirements]
    ・ A qualified CCNP or IPA Applied Information Technology Engineer, or a person with a wide range of knowledge about networks, clouds, data centers, and security at the same level. Especially those who have an understanding of virtualization technology such as VMWare are welcome.
    ・ Those who have experience in managing and operating Linux, Win, and Mac OS
