Senior role as Development Manager/Scrum Master in large organization
[Role & Responsibilities]
・Lead the development of internal applications used by your colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Accounting and other divisions
・Work with business leaders and Product Managers to form a good understanding of the needs, and drive the development team to deliver a strong product or functionality within the deadline
・Lead sprints for engineers, and implement Agile processes where needed
・Improve functionalities on internal SaaS apps
Job Requirement
-
[Required skills]
・Business level or above in Japanese and English
・Experience as a Scrum Master and/or related certification (CSM®, CSPO®, CSD®)
・Hands-on programming experience in an Agile environment (5+ years)
・Project Management or Team Lead experience (3 people or larger)
・Experience working with offshore or remote teams
[Preferred skills]
・DevOps experience (operation or implementation)
・Background working in one of the more heavily regulated business areas such as finance, insurance, etc.
[Personal Attributes]
・Willing to work with people of different backgrounds, open-minded.
・Able to gradually bring about change, and get buy-in from people regarding new ideas
Language Ability
- English : Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese : Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
