Article 1. Daijob
"Daijob" is a collective term for the online job-site and any website produced by Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. or email services or any other services related to assisting with job search.

Article 2. Member
"Members" are registered users who had been approved by Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. Members can benefit from services provided by Daijob for its members ( "member service" ) after their registration and approval.
Daijob assumes Members have agreed to all Terms and Conditions upon registration.

Article 3. Member Registration and Member Qualifications
Daijob assumes that the individuals wishing to become a member of Daijob have completed the application by entering their information such as email address and clicked "Agree membership terms and register as a member" button.
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. reserves the right to disapprove a member applicant's ( "applicant" ) membership application, or after registration, delete membership to stop member services in any of the following cases: Applicant does not exist
Applicant entered false information (such as disguising oneself as someone else)
Applicant acted against this Terms.
In addition to cases listed above, Daijob will disapprove an applicant when Daijob judges that by approving or continuing an applicant's membership, Daijob may be negatively affected technically or operationally.

Article 4. Modifying, Stopping, and Discontinuing Membership
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. may, without previous notice to members, modify member services. Members must accept such changes.
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. may, without previous notices to members, temporarily stop providing member services. Members must accept this. Some of the reasons for stopping the service are listed below. There may, however, be other reasons that causes delay in the provision of services:
Urgent check or maintenance of computer system that is related to member services.
Accidental stop of computers, connection or other.
Act of nature such as fire disaster, earthquake, power cut and any other act of outside influence that prevents the provision of member services.
Other occasions in which Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. deems appropriate to temporarily suspend the provision of its services.
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. may terminate or stop providing member services for an extended period of time with one months notice to its members.

Article 5. Member's Responsibility
Members register with Daijob at their own will and use Daijob according to the guidelines indicated upon registration.
Members are responsible for the content of their registered information.
Members can set and register their username and password for accessing the website. The username and password can be changed in a prescribed manner. Members must not disclose their username and password to a third person. It is each Members responsibility to manage ones username and password. Even in the rare case that members' username and password were used by a third person, members hold all responsibility for any action while logged in to Daijob.
- Article 6. Prohibited Actions
Members are prohibited from taking such actions.
Registering false information
Violation of Daijob and third parties' copyright, trademark right, privacy right, image right, credit, property and other intellectual right of use.
Defamation of Daijob and third parties.
Violation of law, public order and morals, and any action that may cause such problem. Anti-social behaviour
Preventing Daijob's operation or damaging Daijob, Inc's reputation, or any other action that may negatively affect Daijob's operation / provision of services.
Using information gained through Daijob's service or member sells for reproduction, publishing and other purposes beyond personal use. Using Daijob's information for commercial purpose or provision. Attempt to explore or invade members' certification and security systems without proper authorization.
Attempting to interfere with the service of Daijob, Inc. host or network by overloading, sending viruses or crashing the system
Attempting to access non public data or accounts of other members.
Other actions which Daijob recognises as inappropriate.
- Article 7. Verifying, Modifying and Deleting (withdrawing) Registered Information
On members' personal pages, members can verify, modify, add and delete information entered upon member registration or email newsletter subscription.
On members' personal pages, members can delete their registered information (membership withdrawal). Even when members do not delete their registered information or do not wish to do so, membership may be deleted if members do not log in during three years after registration.
- Article 8. Expulsion
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. reserves the right to stop member services or expel any given member without prior notice when a member violates any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions.
- Article 9. Disclaimer
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damage (such as emotional distress, interruption of job searching process and any other damage (including financial loss) caused by registering on and using Daijob.
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. is not responsible for the completeness, accuracy and validity of information provided through the member service.
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. is not responsible for the result of using information gained through member service.
Daijob is not responsible for any dispute that may emerge between a member and a company such as a provider of recruiting information. The member and company are responsible for settling the problem. Daijob is not responsible for any dispute which may emerge among members. Members will settle the problem amongst themselves.
On Daijob sites, some links to external websites are provided. These websites are not managed by Daijob, and Daijob, is not responsible for the credibility of contents, modification and update of these websites.
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. is not responsible for the use of personal information by any third party through the use of Daijob's services. Members disclose their personal information to a company they are applying to by using Daijob's system or other procedure.
*** When applying to a job posting through Daijob, members agree that their personal information will be disclosed to the hiring company. After the application is made, the company the user applied to becomes the managing body of that user's personal information. Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. is not responsible for how they handle users' personal information.
*** When a user sends one's resume directly to an employer and has disclosed one's personal information, the company the user applied to becomes the managing body of your personal information. Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. is not responsible for how they handle users' personal information.
When the individual was identified by chance from information other than individual identification information provided in one's profile.
- Article 10. Miscellaneous
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. is not responsible for damage caused by computer viruses that can not be prevented by general anti-virus measures, convulsion of nature, and other damages caused by outside influences. Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. does not guarantee to sustain the data on Daijob against such outside acts. Members should back up their data at their own responsibility.
- Article 11. Modifying Regulations
Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. can modify Regulations at anytime. The modification is made by revising this page.
This Regulation is applied to Daijob Members. In addition, Daijob`s Terms of Use for is also applied to Members.
- Article 12. Competent Court
Any disputes between users and Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. will be governed by the jurisdiction of a competent court, namely the Tokyo District Court.
- Article 13. Governing Law
The governing law of all disputes is Japanese law.
- Article 14. Additional Clause
This Regulation is effective from 19th January 2006.

There are some cases when we entrust personal information to the outsourcees who maintain certain personal information protection standards, for the purpose of personnel management, delivery of parcels, or maintenance and work over operation.

Personal information held by Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. may be revised or deleted, and its disclosure may be halted, by request (via telephone or internet).

Privacy Policy for residents of the EEA
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" and "our") will process as a data controller the personal data of the users of our websites and services ("you" and "your") who reside within the European Economic Area (the "EEA") and the measures and processes we have put in place to ensure its adequate protection.

Although the EU Commission has not confirmed that Japanese law offers the same level of protection of personal data as are enjoyed within the EEA, we will process your personal data with the same level of protection as in the EEA and recognise your rights on your personal data you would hold under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR").
In addition, we will transfer your personal data to the potential Japanese employers you selected on "My Page" so that those potential employers can have access to your personal data (such as CV) and these potential employers will be required to process your personal data in accordance with Japanese data protection law. However, the European Commission has not confirmed that Japanese law offers the same level of protection of personal data as are enjoyed within the EEA and no safeguards that are provided for in the GDPR will not be in place to protect your personal data. Therefore, these potential Japanese employers may not process your personal data by the same standard as in the EEA and you may not be able to exercise the same rights on your personal data as in the EEA.
