Great opportunity for bilingual Level 1-2 IT Desktop Support Technician to join one of the biggest technology company. You are going to provide day-to-day troubleshooting and high-level technical support, to internal employees across Japan and Korea offices.
* Provide day-to-day level 1 and level 2 expert troubleshooting and high-level technical support, to internal employees including senior management and VIPs, for network connectivity and internal systems, both software and hardware.
* Supports users both remotely and face-to-face, including the troubleshooting of remote access technologies.
* Assist level 3 remote teams by acting as a contact point and assisting with any logistics, troubleshooting or testing required in your primary supported offices.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both software and hardware issues related to laptops, mobiles, printers, peripherals, applications etc.
* Solid technical background with Windows 10/Apple systems, Microsoft applications, O365, Active directory, Remote access technologies, VPN, Video conferencing.
* Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and understanding of Networking basics, TCP/IP and how to troubleshoot a network.
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills are required to deliver great customer service.
* International working environment.
