…be responsible for managing our entire administrative process around employment, payroll and HR masterdata in Taiwan and other Countries in APAC, following the expansion in the region.
As a HR Payroll Professional, you will also play an important role in the development of Payroll and employment administrative processes. In close collaboration with the business, IT and HR you will have an important role in supporting our business with a high quality Payroll and other HR administrative processes.
・Ensure execution of all payroll tasks to external payroll provider
・Technical expert in time registration related to payroll
・Point of contact for employees on payroll questions
・Execute HR administrative tasks in coordination with local HR Business Partner
・To act as the local HR Services/Payroll project manager towards central HR and IT on all issues related to payroll, e.g. reporting to authorities
・Ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks
You will be part our HR Services department reporting to the HR Services Senior Manager. You will work closely with your colleagues in HR Services, as well as other HR teams; Tax, Recruitment and the HR Business partnering team. …has 3-5 years of experience from a similar role working with Payroll/HR within a large international company. You have knowledge and experience working with the Employee Act and legislation in general as well as coordinating and participating in HR projects.
To succeed in this position, it is important that you are proactive and analytical, have a structured work style and are able to prioritize and balance tasks. You are a team player and you enjoy supporting and communicating with your many stakeholders.
We expect that you:
・Have experience with doing payroll and enjoy working with deadlines
・Have an eye for improving processes and find it satisfying to create new solutions and develop areas within the processes
・Have a good understanding of IT systems
・Are an experienced Excel user and have preferably worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX or alternatively another HR master data system
・Possess good English communication skills in verbal and written
・Native Mandarin Chinese in verbal and written
・Japanese is an advantage
