仕事内容 The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing first line HR advice and services to employees including but not limited to: recruitment, policy, training, systems and performance management. The Regional Human Resources Coordinator ensures all queries are resolved efficiently, within agreed SLA’s and are recorded accurately for reporting purposes. The role is responsible for ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded and maintained in Aesop’s HRIS, Workday and drives efficiency and consistency within the day-to-day operations of the People Services team. The Human Resources Coordinator manages end-to-end recruitment for retail and office roles where required, contributing to Aesop’s talent pipeline by attracting and securing the highest caliber talent.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
Full cycle recruitment for both retail and office position
Develop network through different channels for qualified applicants and scouring passive candidates to meet business needs
Close partnership with the Regional People Service Manager, HR Business Partners and the centers of excellence and Hiring manager for talent strategy
Administrative Support

Facilitate On/ Off boarding
Ensure data is accurate and maintained in Workday, including new starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, employee status regarding work rights where applicable and other ad hoc requests
Answer queries related to Workday and assist as required
Provide information to 3rd parties as required with regards to employment status and information
Develop, document, and maintain People services processes, knowledge base, case management technology and service level agreements, in partnership with PS team
Supports PS inbox enquirers and maintains all employee files as legally required
Stationery Orders for People Services
Archive exited employee files, hard and soft copy
Support the roll out of new Workday modules as directed
Immigration/visa support applicable to the countries supported

Employment Relations Support
Support RPSM and HR Advisors as required with employee life cycle events and provide note taking support for disciplinary cases
Manage parental leave cases in support to HR Advisors where necessary
Support and coach line managers on absence management particularly in cases of long-term absence
Manage employee and manager inquiries by researching, gathering support information and soliciting input from HR Advisors to resolve issues as needed
Others
Identify area of improvement and give suggestion within the team
Provide first level HR consulting and advice across all areas of the employee lifecycle including; performance, development, terminations, grievances etc.
Support HR cyclical events: Performance/ remuneration reviews, development conversations, employee benefit reviews (including insurance policy renewal)
Stay informed of key HR issues / events and policy changes that may impact inquiries and communicate information back to relevant parties

応募条件 • 3-5 years relevant experience in talent acquisition from retail industry
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in HR generalist including C&B, payroll
• Experience with HRIS/ATS
• HR qualification or equivalent experience
• Service delivery mindset
• Fluent in Japanese, business level English
