仕事内容	The AWS Infrastructure Energy Team (IET) is currently seeking a results-orientated individual to join in the role of Energy project Manager. In this role, the selected candidate will have the responsibility for delivering large scale critical HV/ MV power infrastructure for AWS data centers in Japan, Korea, and China under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate for this role will have in-depth technical understanding of electrical substation and transmission cables/overhead lines, with a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in the delivering such projects/programs from negotiations, design phase through to energization phase. The candidate will need to possess strong communication skills, and ability to deliver with diverse teams such as; design engineering, construction, architectural, planning, and environmental and real estate teams, to ensure teams deliver to tight timelines. Stakeholder management and weekly reporting on key project risks & issues at senior management, director and vice president level will be the candidate’s responsibility. The candidate will drive change within the program, standardize processes, tools for delivery executions, support with financial budgeting every quarter on APAC’s substation program of work. Function Specific Work Activities: · Carryout power supply due diligence at an early stage of data center development ensuring that suitable voltage level and utility power supply sources are identified that meets AWS’s reliability criterial and are cost effective. · Identifies risks with delivering power infrastructure within a tight schedule and provides mitigation plan · Works as a single point owner for the entire power infra structre delivery process from project identification through energization by working with utility companies, developers, and engineering and construction teams. · Prepare specification for HV/LV substation in coordination with engineering and construction team , work through the tender process selecting general contractors , coordinate the power delivery · Manage C level relationship with utilities across Japan, Korea and China to resolve power delivery issues · Ability to converse in one or more of the languages in Japanese, Chinese or Korean. · Ensure that power infrastructure is fully delivered within time and cost.

応募条件	【Qualifications】 · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction or related field · 8+ years of experience in developing power substations and transmission lines working with utilities in Japan, Korea or China with clear understanding of substation architecture ,design and construction · Has in-depth understanding of utility requirements and regulations across Japan , Korea and China · Has Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent · Possess strong organizational, communication and team building skills. · Ability to self-start and self-motivate in a dynamic environment. · Experience in analyzing cost/benefit trade-offs across a strategic portfolio · Ability to travel up to 25% and International Business experience – an understanding of how to successfully transact business in multiple cultural contexts as well as experience directly managing international teams is a plus. 【preferred qualifications】 · Master’s Degree (MBA/MS) preferred. · Experience designing substations or other energy infrastructure. · Experience working for utilities and with or for energy regulators. · Experience with IT infrastructure, data centers and cloud services. · Demonstrated ability to operate and thrive with partial information and high levels of ambiguity
