1, Support for internal and external communication for Executive Officer

－ Consult with subject matter experts and other colleagues in order to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately.
1） Monitor and improve dealers, branches and salesmen performance. Particularly focus on:
FF penetration rate
High acq RoRAC campaigns/deals
Value chain services （Insurance ＆ maintenance）
2） Develop actions to improve Dealer Satisfaction Index ＆ Customer Satisfaction Index
3） Support Fuso salesmen ＆ fleet managers to win deals （Key Account Management）
4） Support development and improvement of sales measures ＆ processes.
