The Senior Manager, Technical Sales is a new position and will have a pre-sales focus and will work with Telecommunication carrier, System integrator and OEM to drive WoS adoption for solutions, and its tools and process. He/She will also partner with OEM and Channel sales team on strategic business engagements as well as partner with Microsoft Account TAM to drive modern device management practices. In addition, he/she will be the voice of the customer back to product marketing on feature enhancements.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and refinement of our client's vision and strategy, understanding the product portfolio, being able to discuss current and new solutions with customers. You will be also responsible for creating solution proposals and technical materials in conjunction with regional and global our client's staff of the products that are part of an end to end solution.
* Responsible for determining gap analysis and generating Change Requests on the relevant product(s) to meet the solution design.
In this role, you will investigate issues reported by customers, and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues. You will also provide email and telephone based pre and post sales, technical support for our client's software products.
* Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken and caring persona as an effective representative of our client
* Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of our client's products
