You will be in charge of overall architectural design, including management, for a real estate development project in northern Vietnam.
<specifically>
1. Project management and other general management work
2. Instruct construction companies to promote design work (concept design, basic design, detailed design, preparation of administrative application documents)
3. Respond to changes in design and specifications during construction
4. Technical guidance to Vietnamese design staff
Job Requirement

<Required conditions>
・Language: Japanese native
・Those who have experience in architectural design work at a general contractor or real estate development company
・ Those who are good at project management of construction projects
・Those who can communicate in English
・Those who have basic computer skills
<Welcome conditions>
・Experienced in urban development and commercial facility development projects
・Native level English proficiency
・First-class registered architect
・Experience working overseas
Language Ability
- English : Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
- Japanese : Native Level
