Job Description	• Understanding, implementing, and updating the Agile Testing Strategy and best practices • Collaborates as a member of the TSG Program team to define and implement quality engineering and test automation strategies. • Experience with managing transitions from manual to test automation, Ensuring proper use of testing tools. • Develops, maintains, and extends automated tests and test automation frameworks. • Determines and manages required test data and test environment. • Partnering with Developers, BSAs and Product Owner to drive a culture of faster, more predictable delivery through test automation. • Work with Product Owner and Business System Analyst to define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done • Measuring and reporting test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions • Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them. • Coaching other team members in relevant aspects of testing • Actively collaborating with BSA, developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness • Participating proactively in daily stand-up meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements • Actively transfers system and business knowledge and domain knowledge both within and outside of team. • Work with local and global Technology Solutions Group tea

Job Requirements	• 5+ years of experience as QA/test engineer in financial firm • Strong experience with building test automation with Selenium, Postman, Cucumber, Docker, Junit • Strong programming/scripting experience and passion for testing, test management and strategy. • Development experience on Java, SQL, scripting language – python • Experience in the Atlassian suite of tools - Jira, Confluence • Experience with different development and testing techniques (i.e., Test-Driven Development, • Acceptance Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development) • Experience with test automation design, development practices, frameworks, and related tools that support unit, integration, functional and non-functional test automation. • Knowledge and hands on experience in Java with IDEs Eclipse, IntelliJ • Experience testing database, cloud, apis, front-end and back-end systems, testing REST services • Ability to work with Agile methodologies in a fast-paced dynamic environment required. • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with cloud technology, DevOps and Jenkins preferred. • Demonstrates a craving for continuous self improvement, through understanding of new technology innovation and its application. • Critical thinker, Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives both independently and within teams. • Team player with great time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
