Job Description |
As a person in charge of labor affairs, you will be engaged in payroll calculation, social insurance procedures, and various administrative tasks (employment contracts, attendance, welfare benefits, secondment-related correspondence, etc.). The subsidiary you are in charge of has many foreign employees, and communication in English (mainly writing) is required. ・ Salary, bonus calculation processing and ancillary work (calculation outsourced to a social worker office) ・Social insurance-related affairs (Enrollment / loss work is outsourced to a social insurance office) ・Foreign employee visa-related procedures (legal affairs bureau correspondence is outsourced to administrative scriveners) ・Preparation of statutory records, procedures for labor insurance ・Business related to My Number ·Attendance management |

Job Requirements |
■ Essential skills ・Practical experience (more than 2 years) of labor affairs (salary calculation + social insurance procedures in general) at a Japanese company ・English skill: TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent ■ Welcoming skills ・Experience with visa renewal procedures ・Work experience using chat communication tools such as Slack ■ Portrait ・Those who can work proactively rather than passively ・Those who are willing to identify issues and lead them to solutions ・ Those who are interested in other business areas in human resources ・High communication skills |
