Job Description |
■Customer success support for SaaS products■ ・Respond to user inquiries via phone, chat, and email ・We provide support for Japanese users of foreign payment services in Japanese, and internal documents are in English. *The number of inquiries handled is approximately 10 per day, and each inquiry is handled one by one. ■Work points ・Work in a global environment with English-Japanese bilingual team members from over 15 countries. ・We have a team with high customer satisfaction and are recognized among vendors around the world. |

Currently, our main business is a customer support service that responds to inquiries from users of social apps on behalf of client companies. Utilizing the know-how we have accumulated by specializing in social apps at our bases in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Sendai, Okinawa, and the Philippines, we are currently operating hundreds of social apps. |
Working Hours |
■Working hours: Shift system 8 hours of work from 9:00 to 20:00 (Pattern ① 9:00 to 18:00 / ② 11:00 to 20:00) *Overtime: Approximately 10 to 20 hours per month. Because I work in shifts, it basically doesn't happen. *During training (approximately 3 months), you will only be working from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. |
Job Requirements |
【Prerequisite】 ■1 year or more of reception experience (sales, customer service, etc.) (Long-term internship experience for new graduates) ■Business PC skills, IT literacy -Touch typing, business email, Excel/PPT/Word (creation/input) - IT and internet literacy to the extent that you can research and use it yourself [Welcome skills] ■Experience in data analysis and numerical management ■Call center experience ■Experience as a team manager and trainer |
