Play a pivotal role for this organisation providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. This position will involve an amount of various diverse important tasks and will be a valuable part of company operations. Description * Provide administrative support to Senior Management, including Executives and Board Members. * Organise and process information to enhance operational efficiency. * Collaborate with fellow secretarial staff working not only as an individual but also in a team setting. * Tasks such as document production, information management, mail handling and report generation. Profile * Strong communication skills in English and Japanese. * Demonstrated experience in Administration or secretarial roles. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel. * Individuals seeking international opportunities and an environment with English usage.
