This position will be held by Inagora Holdings Co., Ltd. Inagora Japan and Inagora China are participating in Inagora Holdings Co., Ltd. You will be working as a secretary directly under the president of the owner company. Experience or qualifications as a secretary are not required. This is a position where you can become a generalist in back office work from another industry. By supporting the president who travels between China and Japan, you can develop a broad perspective. [Main duties] * Coordinating and managing the representative's schedule L Setting and coordinating appointments with internal and external parties, reserving conference rooms, etc. * Receiving visitors, answering phone calls and emails * Preparing for internal and external meetings, etc. * Administrative processing L Creating documents, filing, expense settlement, arranging souvenirs, creating thank-you letters, arranging business trips, etc. * Other various tasks to support the representative ~About our company~ * "Shopping has no borders" * Realizing a world where Japanese products can be obtained immediately from anywhere in the world.
