| Job Description |
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and user support of company's Salesforce platform, ensuring it effectively meets the needs of company's sales team and contributes to overall business growth. Description * Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation rules to streamline sales processes and improve data capture * Develop and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide users with valuable insights into sales performance and key metrics * Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation) to ensure seamless data flow and eliminate manual data entry * Provide ongoing support to sales reps and other users on utilizing Salesforce effectively * Develop and deliver training materials to onboard new users and keep them updated on new features and functionalities * Troubleshoot user issues and answer questions related to Salesforce functionalities * Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to ensure smooth operation Profile * Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator * Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management * Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionalities (objects, fields, relationships, workflows, automation rules) * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) a plus Job Offer * Long term renewable contract * Conversational Japanese ok for this position * Global luxury retail company * Work location: Tokyo, Kojimachi * Work hours: Mon~Fri 9:00~18:00 * Work from home once a week To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
