Job Description As a person in charge of the brand that the company is currently developing overseas, you will work with local management to promote the growth of the brand towards a global brand.

■Management of group companies (overseas acquired/invested companies and subsidiaries of existing overseas brands)
・Budget formulation, performance monitoring
・Participation in important meetings such as board of directors meetings
・Building relationships with local management and promoting discussions to resolve issues

■Management/business planning of group companies (overseas acquired/invested companies and subsidiaries of existing overseas brands)
・Formulation of management strategies and support for their implementation
・Identification and resolution of issues for global growth (formulation of store opening strategies, supply chain improvements, marketing leverage, etc.)
・New business (identification of the next country/region to enter and support for entering (analysis, negotiation support, etc.), business transformation such as franchising directly managed businesses, etc.)

■Travel overseas. (Frequency is about 1-2 weeks every 1-2 months)

Requirements		 ・Experience working from a management perspective at a consulting firm, experience in corporate planning at a business company, or similar experience working from a management/strategy perspective
・Business level English (ability to read, write, understand and speak at meetings)

English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
