As a Pre･sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver solution and technical support throughout the entire sales cycle for the sales teams, prospects and existing clients. You will participate in sales cycles as a lead member of the account team in support of the sales account strategy.
‐ Support the sales team with technical aspects of the company sales processes.
‐ Interact with prospective customers through meetings, discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, presentations and follow･up discussions.
‐ Compose and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customer audiences.
‐ Conduct discovery sessions with customer to build relationships and understand their required business outcomes.
‐ Analyze customer requirements and map company solutions.
‐ Support RFP completion in support of customer proposals.
‐ Pre･sales experience in business software
‐ Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry
‐ Deep knowledge around manufacturing production and supply chain management
‐ Strong knowledge in sales and sales processes and experience in a value･based approach
‐ Experience in combining technical elements with business needs and business requirements of customers
‐ Ability to resolve complex technical issues and create solutions
‐ Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information in short timescales
‐ Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English : Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese : Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
