Job Description

We looking for a Director who will be responsible for entire outsourcing processes from planning, due diligence/contract conclusions, application transitions to the company's global environment.

Comes with access to manufacturing, auto mobile, general construction, Hi Tech, aviation, bank, insurance, logistics and finance industries.


Description

* Outsourcing processes from planning/proposal of application outsourcing suited to customer needs,
* Making due diligence/contract conclusions
* Making application transitions to company&s and stakeholder's global environments
* Providing new operation/maintenance services

*Project scale: Outsourcing project with a several-year contract over 3 billion yen per contract


Profile

MUST

* Experience as PM or superior in an application outsourcing project with over 1 billion yen per contract (several years)
* Experience in management of a team with over around 50 members. Capable of full span control of the project.
* Experience in planning proposal of application outsourcing, due diligence/contract conclusion, application transition to international stakeholders and all the phases in providing new operation/maintenance services
* Experience in communication with customer's CXO layer
* Experience in application outsourcing utilizing offshore.
* Experience in application outsourcing using English.

Nice to have

* Experience as PM or superior in an application outsourcing project with 5 billion yen+ per project managing a team of 100+ people
* Experience in India offshore
