This position requires a Business Development professional with a strong background in the Life Science industry, who is capable of expanding the company's CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) sector and fostering robust relationships with clients. Description * Expand the company's CDMO sector through strategic business development initiatives. * Identify and secure new business opportunities * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. * Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. * Develop and present business proposals to prospective clients. * Ensure all business development activities adhere to company standards and regulations. * Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads Profile A successful 'CDMO Business Development' should have: * Proven experience in business development in Japan. * Exceptional client relationship management skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities. * Proficiency in English and Japanese to liaise with global clients.
