Job Description Ⅰ．General Position Summary: LAN/Server SystemEngineer This position is responsible for setting up, installation ofLAN/WAN system including, network engineering duties such as solving, troubleshooting and assisting sales team on project. Ⅱ．Essential Job Functions ・Primary Job Functions 1) Designs and Implements Network a) Performing site surveys for LAN and WAN project at client sites. b) Design network architecture for LAN systems based on customer’s requirement. c) Ordering,packing/unpacking system units including site preparation. d) Installing programs and setting workstation and notebook computer as client PC’s. e) Installing data networks equipment such as LAN switch and server and setting up accounts for domain, e-mail and security for each account. f) Providing backup and network performance monitoring. g) Manage and coordinate project execution including schedule control and vendor coordination. 2) Provides Maintenance and Troubleshooting Services a) Providing technical support about data networks, workstation PC, and LAN servers. Troubleshooting over the phone and/or at client sites. b) Fixing networks, PC, and server hardware when necessary and when dictated by service contracts. c) Installing/reinstalling software in cases of software corruption or other needs. d) Calling manufactures for further hardware repair. e) Ordering necessary parts when needed. 3) Assists Sales Department a) Explaining technical details and offering suggestions to Sales Staff in order to help them create estimates. b) Providing opinions and recommendations to Sales Staff. c) Support sales staff as a pre-sale network engineer when assigned. Create technical documentation when it is used for sales presentation. 4) Provides Training to Clients a) Teaching end-users how to use the newly installed programs and/or systems.. |

LAN・WAN/Server SE 資格： IT業界に５年以上勤務、サーバー構築のプロジェクト経験者 (1) Position/Title: LANエンジニア (2) Work Place: 全米各地 (3) Status : Full-time (4) FSLA : Exempt (5) Work hours: 9:00-17:00, Mon- Fri (6) Start Date: April 1、2016 (Introductory period during initial 3 months) (7) Eligibility: Japanese Citizen, US Citizen, Permanent Residence (8) Wage : $60K-$90K/yr (給与額は実務経験により決定） (9) Benefit: Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance; Paid Vacation; Paid Holidays; 401(k) (10) Others : Relocation Support (要相談) , Visa Support 要英語力（ビジネスレベルまたは勉強する意欲のある方） |
