仕事内容 Main Mission of this position
1. To assist the Managing Director (MD) in efficiently coordinating various business-related functions, including managing schedules, providing translation services, preparing for meetings, and supporting operational tasks.

Job Responsibility
1. Provide executive-level administrative support to the MD, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars, preparing meeting minutes,
2. coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining and updating schedules for the Management Team.
3. Reserve and arrange meeting rooms, making sure to promptly notify attendees.
4. Prepare and set up key meetings, including quarterly Board of Directors Meetings (BODM) and yearly Annual General Meetings (AGM).
5. Act as a liaison between the MD and internal departments, stakeholders, or external partners.
6. Organize and securely maintain confidential files and records.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and meeting agendas as required.
8. Act as a translator for the MD during all occasions and events requiring his/her presence.
9. Translate documents, reports, and emails accurately between Japanese and English (and vice versa).
10. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, briefings, conferences, events, store visits, and ad-hoc situations.
11. To maintain effective communication, ensure that translations appropriately address cultural nuances.
12. Review and proofread translated materials for clarity and accuracy.
13. Assist in general affairs for Japanese expatriates, including logistical and operational support.
14. Perform ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the MD and the holding company in Japan

勤務時間 Monday to Friday
9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. or 9.30 a.m – 6.30 p.m
応募条件 1. Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role for at least 5 years.
2. Experience working with expatriates.
3. At least a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in [English and Japanese (JLPT N1 required) both written and spoken
英語能力 流暢 (TOEIC 865点以上)
日本語能力 流暢(日本語能力試験1級又はN1)
年収 マレーシア・リンギット 9.8万リンギット 〜 13.8万リンギット   
給与に関する説明 Medical insurance
EPF with employees contributing 11% and employers contributing 13%.
Work from home arrangement One (1) day per week, for confirm employee only
